my best friend just came from court today and was ordered to pay 400 a month for his son. he only makes 1200 a month and can barely pay his own bills. the mother of his son lives off the state is on drugs and leaves the child with her parent most of the time. I want to know how I can help him. he is getting screwed with the way that family court favors the mother. so if you have ANY advice or resourceses pleaseeeeeeeeee let me know asap
He was never with the mother. He didnt know bout the child until he was one year old. He sarted seeing him immediately when she would le thim. He even started buying things and giving her money. But when he told her he dont wanna be with her, she stopped letting him see his son. she wont answer his calls or anything. HE WANTS TO SEE HIS SON, HE IS NOT A DEADBEAT HE IS JUS BEIN PUNISHED FOR ALL THE DEADBEATS. HE IS THE ONE WHO TOOK IT TO COURT IN THE FIRST PLACE, BUT HE IS BEIN PROTRAYED AS IF HE IS TRYIN TO GET OUT OF HIS RESPONSIBILITES. A LOT OF FATHERS R GETTIN SCREWED THESE DAYS!!!

what type of evidence is needed to prove that a parent is molesting there child in order to obtain full custody? i presented already documentation from cps records and the doctor but the other parent denied the allegation and the judge awarded him visitation..help!!!
my son can’t talk yet . i tried to video tape and the father erased the tape and found the camera. also i sought legal advice but they want money for it.. and i don’t have enough!
oh yeah yes he is doing drugs but the judge refused to order a drug test i feel like all odds are against me even when i called the police because he kicked inmy door the officer didn’t right a report and he eluded the cps interview this guy is crafty and evil!!
yes we are married.. My family and I are wondering why no one is helping me either.. I thought it wasn’t legal to do some of the things that are going on. the child is a toddler. I have never heard of a cps working interviewing the person who reported the incident and not the person that is being accused..it’s all strange and makes no sense at least from a legal standpoint.

my cousin is 32 yrs old. he is verbally abusive toward everyone in the house and is often violent. while everyone in the house is going to school and work or are working 2 jobs he is the only one who refuses to work. everyday he asks for $20 two or three times a day. not that we mind giving him money but all of this money adds up. if you don’t give him any money he’d start acting up. telling him that he has to leave isn’t enough. the law has to get involved in order for him to leave, but how do we go about this.

im a step parent and my step child has been trying to contact the other parent for about 3 months. he has only spoke to his mom about 4 times since the summer in which he was returned a month and a half early, since mom had to move. he has left voice mails called the cousins house in which she was supposed to be staying only to get a busy signal each time. now moms phone is stating it isn’t taking calls at the moment. hubby sent email to other parent stating that contact info needs to be updated as custody order states and she replies ill hit him up in a month. child is upset and acting out.
