what type of evidence is needed to prove that a parent is molesting there child in order to obtain full custody? i presented already documentation from cps records and the doctor but the other parent denied the allegation and the judge awarded him visitation..help!!!
my son can’t talk yet . i tried to video tape and the father erased the tape and found the camera. also i sought legal advice but they want money for it.. and i don’t have enough!
oh yeah yes he is doing drugs but the judge refused to order a drug test i feel like all odds are against me even when i called the police because he kicked inmy door the officer didn’t right a report and he eluded the cps interview this guy is crafty and evil!!
yes we are married.. My family and I are wondering why no one is helping me either.. I thought it wasn’t legal to do some of the things that are going on. the child is a toddler. I have never heard of a cps working interviewing the person who reported the incident and not the person that is being accused..it’s all strange and makes no sense at least from a legal standpoint.
