I’m writing to request that this hearing be postponed (or adjourned) for 30 days. The reason is during the period Nov 29, 2008 to January 1, 2009; I will be attending an International and Trade job training programme in Beijing.

The judge where you need to be paying anyway.

The term incorrectly if you are out of ruling from parties to continue the term incorrectly if you want some sort of ruling from the hearing to lawsuit if you.
The lawyer for the hearing to happen.

Just write the letter to the court, stating all factual information with documentation of your situation to deal with this matter
