THE CHILD IS IN JOINT CUSTUDY RIGHT NOW BUT THE FATHER WAS JUST BROUGHT UP ON DRUG CHARGES AND HAS BEEN KICKED OUT OF HIS HOME HE IS MOVING AROUND BETWEEN A FEW HOMES CHILD NEEDS A STABLE HOME AND W/ THE MOTHER SHE WOULD GET IT BOTHE MOTHER AND STEP FATHER WORK BUT NOT ENOUGH TO GET A LAWYER TO HELP
