im 15 and i live in NY and im charged with grand larson 4th what will happen when i go to family court?

well you are not charged with grand larceny because you did not cross state lines, you probably haven’t been charged with anything at all since you did not mention being arrested. This is probably more of a school matter and even if its not you won’t go to “family court”. Juvenile court. So unless you’ve been charged with something by a police officer you will just have to deal with school consequences. If you have been formally charged get a lawyer. Simple as that.
