For spousal support that is done in family court.

Divorces can go through a ‘divorce center’..but it usually is done in court

they all go through family court because it doesn’t matter if they have kids or not they are still considered a family and it has to be approved by a judge so the proper place is family court

The family court is when you have problems within the family it doesnt mean she has children.
