i dont have to go through social services right? they suck. the father signed the birth certificate.
what should i tell them?

There should be a local Child Support Agency you go to. What state do you live in?

I had a lawyer to do all of that. Call the court house and see what you need to have with you before you go.

The state live in but was born they set up everything for me.
The pregnancy so when my son was born they set up everything for me.
